About The Role
We are looking for an Office Assistant who can keep our daily operations running smoothly.
Daily Responsibilities:
Manage Incoming Phone Calls and Emails
Organize Appointments
Prepare Invoices and Process Payments
Assist with Data Entry, Maintain Physical and Digital Filing Systems
Greet Customers, Assist with General Questions
Pay Vendor Invoices
Support Day-to-Day Operations and Team Needs
