About The Role
This is a full in-shop position focused on customer service. Our shop technicians make custom hydraulic hose assemblies, as well as identify and pick hose fittings and adapters for our customers.
Daily Responsibilities:
Create Custom Hydraulic Hose Assemblies
Prepare Invoices and Process Payments
Manage Inventory and Create Purchase Orders
Maintain a Clean and Organized Shop
Prepare Orders for Customers
What We’re Looking For
Required
2+ years of Mechanical Experience
Strong Hands-On Mechanical Aptitude
Comfortable Working in a Fast-Paced Shop Environment
Attention to Detail and Accuracy
Ability to Bend, Lift, and Move Items Weighing 50 Pounds or More.
Strong Communication Skills with Customers and Team Members
Preferred (Not Required)
Hydraulic Hose Assembly Experience
Industrial Supply or Parts Counter Experience
Construction or Heavy Equipment Background

Pay Range: $50,000 – $80,000 per year (Based on Experience)
Experience:
Mechanical Experience: 2 years (Required)
Hydraulic Systems Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
